Having been a committed member of The Pony Club as a child Caspar never looked back and knew his career would also be his passion. Managing prestigious Polo yards in Berkshire, his breadth of knowledge secured his most recent role as manager of an established Polo Club based in Gloucestershire.

Cas has played, coached and umpired at an International level. He works closely with the junior HPA, England and FIP teams. One of the very few coaches to hold the prestigious HPA level 4 accreditation, Caspar holds coaching seminars and clinics for those instructors at the outset of their career or established coaches seeking progression.

Coaching and development are the core of Caspars career, and whilst his reputation as an umpire grows from strength to strength he looks forward to the next chapter with OKL Equestrian at Cirencester Park Polo Club.

I’ve had a few lessons with Olivia at the polo school and she’s really helping to improve my riding and technique. Her encouraging and friendly style of teaching makes learning an enjoyable experience. I’m looking forward to joining in the group lessons soon. Overall a very welcoming team with lovely, well cared for horses and a stunning location.
